Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation.
Ordering Process
Customers must follow the steps outlined during the checkout process to place an order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Delivery Times and Transit Information:
Estimated delivery times range from 20 to 40 calendar days, excluding transit time. Transit times may vary depending on the destination country and are as follows:
- Germany: 3 to 5 business days
- France: 3 to 5 business days
- Italy: 2 to 4 business days
- Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days
- Spain: 1 to 2 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may be subject to change due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products. Therefore, returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.
In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery by contacting us at donodare@donodare.com, including photo evidence and a description of the issue.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be governed by Spanish law and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
